Chef's of Shoalhaven Dinner & Producer's Showcase

Save the date and invitations have now gone out to local chefs, producers and hospitality business owners. Two guests per establishment only.
Two ex-Shoalhaven chefs, Douge Inness Well and Sam Smith, from the fine dining 6 star Qualia on Hamilton Island are showcasing local their skills and our local produce in their 6 course degustation at a cost of $95 with matching wines from Coolangatta Estate. A showcase of 14 local producers will be set up in the club - sour dough bread, wineries, cheeses and beers from Cuppits, Woolamia Mushrooms, Flavours Shoalhaven, Vincentia Artisan butchery & Ridgehaven Farm Eggs.

Pre-purchase of tickets is essential. $35 per person which includes a light meal, a glass of craft beer and live music. Shoalhaven food vendors will be on hand for you to purchase lots of goodies.

A fun sensory evening - taste it, touch it, see it. Chefs showcasing a dish from their eateries are Kierrin McKnight from Wild Ginger, Jason Wilkinson from Salty Joe's, Jen Pabain from Main Deck and Justin Gallagher from 5 Little Pigs.

This is a ticketed event with a complementary glass on arrival for $60 per person which includes a glass of wine on arrival, an entree sized course from each of the chefs and entry into The Husky Pictures where guests will enjoy seeing a food inspired movie after dinner.
